Refunds will only be processed within seven days of receiving product and only if there is a defunct piece within product such as a leak, pump malfunction, or broken merchandise upon delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of issue if applicable. Any malfunctioning merchandise can be refunded minus shipping costs. Please do not send communications regarding returns through any social media platform as only email communications will be valid. Please allow up to three business days for a response.
